Wonder if we get a shot of Paul's face when he finds out who is Sylphie's grandma, I imagine we'll never get the answer about the story between Elinalise and Paul. And the conversation Rudy and Roxy are going to have about things including his university life and marriage.

It's never directly explained in the novel what happened between Paul and Elinalise, so it wont ever be explained in the anime either. There was a mobile game that had a story that covered it though and it fits to the small hints that were given here and there. The long and short of it is: Basically the Fangs of the Black Wolf were a party of outcasts brought together by Pauls charisma and doing whatever they pleased. Paul changed when he fell for Zenith, to the point it seemed straight up creepy to the others, suddenly expecting them to also change and "be better" generating some friction. When Zenith got pregnant he decided to play the villain and broke up the group himself (knowing that they wouldn't be able to continue adventuring with a pregnant wife or an infant child). While doing so he was being generally confrontational and well an asshole, leading them all to go their separate ways on a bad note, loosing the place they called home. While they knew what Paul was doing, that didn't make it any better for them, it also felt insulting to them that Paul thought any of that BS was necessary, that they would somehow blame Zenith for it. So all of them were left with some degree of ill will. While there surely were some messy love affairs before that, before Paul and Zenith got together, they aren't the actual reason for the beef.

I got reminded earlier today, that in episode 13 of season 1, when Roxy is travelling with Elinalise and Talhand, Elinalise talks to Roxy regarding guys, and Roxy talks about how some day, a man will save her by chance in the depths of a labyrinth. Then they'll team and work together and love will blossom between them... The saving part just happened, so there's plenty of foreshadowing in season 1.

This episode has now passed the available (translated) Manga pages that I can find, so I have no idea what's coming. What I'm wondering about the Man God question is whether he could predict the use of the Dragon God's teleportation circles. I thought he made it pretty clear that the time required for the trip was the main reason, like that Rudy could miss his kid's birth, or Eris coming back, or beastkin mating season or something else important. Perhaps the Dragon God's things are not visible to the Man God or something.
