Rudy was separated from Norn and Aisha before either of them were old enough to remember. So Norn's first impression and strongest memory of Rudeus is coming into the bar and seeing Rudy beating the shit out of Paul, who was basically her entire world at that point. While Paul and Rudy made up and tried to smooth thing out she was only 5 at that point in time, so it really stuck with her. Aisha on the other hand was constantly was told how amazing Rudy is, how she will serve "Rudeus-sama" in the future and then came to know him as an amazing person living up to all the praise Lillia heaped on him, that saved her and then helped save her mother. So yeah his relationship with the two starts off at really different points.
