With PS1 graphics it took me a while to figure out what she was supposed to be as well as her gender. Always thought it was a shame the game kinda forgot to tell the rest of her story after the Clayra portion.

What is it with female armor in RPG's? The less armor they wear the more effective they become to use. Its either the best armor is designed for the beach, or most male characters lose all of their senses when looking at it. Either way she looks great. Glad to see she has a reasonable chest, some of your more well known characters would tax the kingdoms metal supply, especially Lady Auren or Lady Xpray. Saying that I know the alternatives will have bigger assets available with some different "armor" options too. Can't wait to see them, great work.

She has a lovely smile :) usually people draw her looking stoic. I'm liking how you've drawn the costume as well, it's got some weight to it! To my eyes it looks like there's something potentially going on with the far finger on her left hand; like the joints swollen or something. It's certainly not a deal breaker though!

I'd love to color this picture someday :) And who knows! Part of me doubts Freya ends up appearing in Smash since she's not a popular character (specially in comparison with Cloud or Sephiroth), but I'd like to keep my fingers crossed for her appearance in a current or future FF Dissidia game.
