I’ve come to realize that I don’t remember everything in perfectly chronological order, and trying to put it exactly right has given me a bit of writer’s block. So, in the interest of actually posting this (ever) I’m going to just tell you things that I remember to be best of my ability and in in the closest to real order I can, but with the caveat my memory is far from perfect.
