I heard back from Patreon, and the gist of what they said is this. From now on, I can't draw anyone who looks like they are in distress or unhappy to be doing whatever they're doing, even if I put up any verbal disclaimers.

What this means for me and you: From now on I won't be able to have anyone who looks upset or embarrassed in their facial expression. Also to be safe, I will probably be adding blurbs to some of my art making it overly clear that it is consensual.

I do not like or agree with this policy, but as Patreon is currently the best option for me and they make the rules I don't really have much choice.

Thanks so much for your continued patronage

-Love Jizelle.

That is some serious BS they're shovelling, right there. I don't have words. I'm so sorry you're caught up in this, though! Maybe you can post all the art with happy, smiling faces, and then once a month post a completely unrelated portrait study of a number of standalone faces with various horrified looks and grimaces. :-)

I see other artists on patreon that are much worse than yours, don't understand why they are targeting you.
