They both look so happy 🥰 There's something really attractive about the way you drew their bodies coming up out of the water. That white border on the water and the blue tinting of the parts of Lugia that are underwater add extra depth and highlight the contours of his body. And I always love those little glinting highlights on their bodies from the sun! 💜💜
