Good morning my dears~ I hope you are doing alright today! It has been a busy time as of late. A rather stressful time. There are things I still haven't talked about that's been going on in my life.

One of them is that my step father for the last couple of years has shown signs of alzheimer's. Its been progressing to where he can forget a lot of whats been said even a few minutes ago. Its been tearing my mom apart. I know its been hurting him too.

So I've been trying to spend more time with my mom. Take her places, run more errands for her, and try to help through the grieving period. Trying to sit with my step father and just try to help him during this time where he feels the most lost and alone. Its been rather difficult, and I've been struggling to keep my foot up, adjusting more to all this you know?

I'm doing my best to take the time to look after my own mental health. That's why I've been sketching late the last few days. A lot going on each day in ways I can't anticipate. This morning I just woke up and felt....terrible.
