Good afternoon my dears! I hope you are doing well today! Yesterday was certainly a wild day, and this one is most likely to be no different. So for that wildness, I've decided to let it bleed into the mcperson family. They have a sister. Lord help us, there are two now. There are also some other sketches that I managed on the table the day prior!

On my way to work an older man on a bike stopped behind me as we waited through a group of walkers on ahead. So I asked how they had been doing that week. He told me things weren't going so great, but it was nice someone bothered to ask. I went to a mcdonalds for a dollar cheeseburger and slapped my hand on the counter to ask the cashier if they enjoyed board games. She was confused at first but she had a couple. Now I have to learn up on X-wing. I'm hoping she'll play Mid-evil.

On my way around Amazon late at night as things were dying down, two associates took notice of me on the way and told me "There's Shane. He never can't be silly." they meant well, so I looked there way and said "Tell me about it, and you guys never are silly enough. Pick up the slack and make this place weird." We need excuses now and again. Excuses for anything to remind us we have the ability to make our environments tangible, that we are tangible.

Every day I have to wake up just a little earlier. Otherwise I'll lay there staring at the ceiling, feeling weak and sad. Some days that time will go by and I'll wish I never had to get up. ever. Those are things people don't need to feel though. They don't need to feel like they're just somewhere doing the same thing over and over each day surrounded by indifference. A lot of us are used to some things. So..its okay to take up the slack now and again, be weird in the moment and have a laugh even if its just for yourself.

Ask a stranger how they're doing. Ask someone what makes them happy. The moment will probably never go anywhere. You may never see them again..and that;s okay because you made it your moment. I have to get going now. Feet are kiiiiilling me. You all take care and I hope to bring back some sketches for you.
