So, is this a hint at a possible future comic? A knight who's been led to believe by everyone that dragons are cruel, merciless monsters that need to be exterminated, sent off to slay one that's taken up residence somewhere near the city the knight lives in. Then, upon arriving at the dragon's lair, it turns out this dragon is really a kindly soul who mistakes the knight for a new neighbor come by to welcome the dragon to the area. Ever the gracious host, the dragon does their best to make the knight comfortable, makes them some tea and cookies, and asks the knight a bunch of questions about the local culture, the knight's interests, etc., leaving the knight to wonder if this is some kind of trick, or if maybe they've been mislead all their life. A tentative friendship is formed, then eventually blossoms into romance as the two spend more time together. But things get complicated when the townsfolk realize that not only has the knight not slain the dragon, but has taken to living with the dragon. Can the knight convince his people of the dragon's innocence? Will they accept the idea of inter-species love? Which characters will be what sex/gender? What of the prince(ss) who secretly had a crush on the knight the whole time, unbeknownst to everyone but the reader!? Find out next time, on this comic that will probably never happen!

See, now you've got a really fun idea here! In truth I was making a very esoteric joke poking at one of my first comics I ever worked on which was "The Hoard" that dealt with a shape shifting dragon that developed a love at first sight for the very knight who came to slay it. Curse you for presenting such a delicious idea as you have here.
