Tears by their very nature fall...and yet that which they harbor seem to rise like a beacon. Our bodies may contort, and our hearts may writhe, but we are not lowly things...no. 

It is commonplace to subject ourselves to the notion our tears are empty, and that we as channelers of them are empty for it too. 

Yet all these tears we seemingly shed. All this anguish we come to find released from ourselves as a surprising torrent is not a thing a hollow soul could reveal. 

We see half the truth. And in this way, we commit half our resolve to an illusion. And so whatever reprieve and relief we find is too halved by its nature. 

So what is the whole then? It's the open eye truth. The sight which look upward and onwards. Which see's the moment and knows our tears will have their place. That our tears are not cast in darkness, but illuminated like a star, like a light. 

Destined to be cradled.
