The goblet runneth over. 

We just...keep eating ourselves....eating our fears, swallowing our pain. Denying our humanity, ourselves.

Do you....know the nature of curses? They thrive on our inability to open our eyes. To keep them closed to where our feelings are leading us and why. 

Our empathy bleeds out from us. Our patience...our understanding. And in its place we consume our apathy and denial, our hopelessness and hate. Until within us is a lake....a poison like a lake. 

As a current, we are lead lower, deeper, spiraling, latching unconsciously onto that which will hasten the process. All things are bent to this will, and our reward is to drown in our wrath. 

Our eyes are many, our shadows are deep, and our hands reach far. We can so very easily live in ruin...exist on poisons for a lifetime...drinking down that bitterness without understanding....imagine what power we have to so easily destroy ourselves. What resolve and blind ambition to nullify our hearts and minds..

Imagine what we could do if we saw that power differently. If we reversed that spiraling and dragged ourselves upward. That's the thing about a curse....it draws upon our weaknesses...demands we not open our eyes and not speak. 

There's hope yet out there. Can't you see it...?
