-------------------------------------

We have the habit of running. Of hiding things. Of making our feelings and personal meanings buried and obscured. Swirling and collecting in a spiral that surrounds us yet never touches us.

We must feel numb sometimes. Unsure and terrified in such a world as this. I suppose that is why we run isn't it?

But sooner or later, no matter how far you run, no matter how tightly you close your eyes, no matter how accustomed you are to denial...the truth will find you.

The truth...is that you are a good person who has done many bad things to themselves. You are the jury who made verdict without looking up once from the stand. You are a prisoner who was left to starve. And I ask you, is that justice?

Sooner or later you will have to face the truth: You don't deserve this. We do not simply cast a shadow alone. We are the light. Own yourself, acknowledge your faults for we all have them...but do not forget to cherish your strengths. It's time we snapped back against our punishment.
