Update on computer issue (Patreon)

Hello my dears, I hope you are doing well today! 

After work I got to do a little bit more experimenting with my computer, and examining where the issue lied. At first I was concerned between the hard drive and the motherboard, and with very limited success, with little windows of time, I have been able to at least boot read the hard drive and check its contents for any damage. 

The drive is fine, so when the time comes, I'll be able to get on track with all my data. The down side is that as I expected, a lot of the components and hardware I am using are quite outdated and therefor incompatible on multiple fronts with the motherboard being off the market. 

A current replacement would make the ram incompatible too, and chances are the cpu will not be compatible either. I've been out of the loop for quite some time when it comes to the computer world and all that it has to offer on the market place so you can imagine my head is spinning with having to learn recent PC architecture. . 

I am checking with a couple of sources to see the cheapest, comparable parts and hopefully will at least have some things in mind in the coming couple of days.   

Thanks again for your patience! In the meanwhile, I'll be using a backup laptop from one of my roommates, and will be gearing up to continue art and this recent comic.
