:3c This is end of Part 1! There will likely be 4 parts total (I'm reworking some stuff w the last half of the story). There may not be an update next week since I'll be getting this part ready for print (delivery is TBA until I can confirm it with the printer) BUT I really want to start part 2 right away since it's fun~

I think usually if there's a problem in the blood (mainly with air circulation?) then veins will be a lot easier to see as someone's closer to death. His scar is on his skin so I think it's completely separate.

Which would explain WHY Ezra is so extremely overprotective of him in the Avialae storyline. Not only do they have to hide his human status, Ezra is probably terrified of his accident-prone husband getting THAT hurt again
