Nat talking about Gannet never being physically comfortable in the human world is the larger point here trust me. Gannet hasn't really addressed that and he needs to!

I mean, I see both sides and they both make sense. I do feel the "because you're a bird and you're talented you should stay" side dismisses his feelings though. They need to come up with other reasons other than biology. The human world is home to him; that's not an easy thing to change. Gannet does need to own up to never being able to get his normal back though. He's still not accepting who he is.

Gannet is still doing the 'I didn't ask for these wings or this talent therefore I hate them' thing...as soon as he decides for himself that his wings and his talent are AWESOME he will move heaven and earth to have Bailey back with him in bird world, mark my words ;-)

I’m all for what Nat is saying, but god I just want Gannet to leave for like a year and let the council pricks feel the weight of their breaking barrier and how, if they’d treated Gannet and Bailey better, they could’ve had their prince there to fix their dumb barrier problems. I just really want them to eat their words and crawl a little, self righteous, authoritarian figures like that piss me off. Make them feel it Gannet!
