The Star Spangled Banner is a pretty good tune to experiment with some chord stuff. I personally like to feature the 2 chord, or use a 4 chord when it should be 1, etc. It's also got some really obvious spots where parallel minor works really well, something that a lot of people do when arranging this tune.
