Hey! Sorry for the late update. I was working on a secret project and it messed up the schedule a little bit. It's super cool, but I can't share anything with you guys yet 👀

Here are the rewards:

Video Download -  https://www.patreon.com/posts/hololive-43990121

Basic Asset Pack - https://www.patreon.com/posts/12674978 - Various high-res images of characters, backgrounds and scenes.

Big Asset Pack - https://www.patreon.com/posts/12675354 - More images, gifs, PSDs, and vectors.

Huge Asset Pack - https://www.patreon.com/posts/12675738 -  Even more images, gifs, MOVs, PSDs, vectors and the AE project files (breakfast scene, underwater scene, suntan scene and the kiara chicken scene).

The last thing I animated was Kiara bursting into flames. And I tried a few different methods, including realistic fire, like literally just real footage of fire overlayed on Kiara's body 😂. It did not look good! So I was convinced that the only way this was going to work was traditional hand drawn frame by frame animation, until I came across this tutorial by Plainly Simple: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kF9Ljbo-t44 and I was very impressed by the results! You'd think he's using particles or some other type of simulation, but it's actually just 4 shape layers with the wave warp effect. It's so simple but it looks amazing!

That's the cool thing about After Effects, there are multiple different ways to create a lot of stuff. And you will most likely get a good result if you tinker long enough. But it can be a bit frustrating though, especially with character animation. So for my next project I will be experimenting with Blender! And I'm not trying to change my artstyle or anything like that, this is just a software that I've been meaning to learn for a long time, and I've messed around with it in the past, but never quite got the hang of it. So it's probably best to start with a simple character, just a basic shape that will allow me to focus on the rigging and the animation. Maybe something like Kirby. Maybe...
