Rough week everybody. Didn't do a lot of animation but I did a lot of rigging. Another 3D character from the game, and something completely different, a user interface. I had to blend some of the game's UI with the animation, and I needed customizable items and options. So I figured that the best way to do that, was to recreate part of the UI inside after effects, and rig it just like a character. It probably doesn't make much sense describing it like this, but I'm gonna show how it works after the episode is completed.

PC Update

Everything arrived in the mail, except for the RAM. I called up the store today to ask what happened, and they told me that they didn't have any in stock... So I'm getting my money back, and I'm gonna go to the city tomorrow to look for this thing. It will probably be a little more expensive, but I'll be able to build the PC immediately! So it's worth it!

Most major retailers accept a price match from newegg or Amazon. Just research on your phone before you hit the register

This whole PC switch debacle makes me curious about just how paranoid you might be about losing any of your files. If I lost anything near the amount of work you put into an episode, I'd probably start swinging a baseball bat around.

At first I read "Another 3D character for the game" and thought "HE IS MAKING A GAME NOW?" Hope to see a pic of the PC when its built.

Wireball MacCarter

I'm imagining that it's an interface puppet that you rigged. Except instead of arms and legs, it has toolbars and menus.

He said from the game, it means of the game this episode is about.

I'm not sure I want to even think about how much work this is. You're a true artist.
