Progress Update #82 (Patreon)

Just in case any of you guys missed it, I made this illustration for Luna's birthday earlier this month. And the date of her birthday, October 10th, is the same day that FiM premiered in North America. So I decided to do a little crossover and paint the two princesses together! It would've been even cooler if mlp Luna had made her first appearance on the same day, but I don't think they aired that two-part episode on the same day.

Fubuki, Korone, and Ollie also celebrated their birthdays earlier this month. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make something for them. Lots of birthdays in hololive! It's like they have a new one every week, but I guess that's inevitable when you have 50+ idols, right? It's hard to keep track of everything that's going on.

So, the hololive member that I'm animating next is Nenechi! Again! It's been a while, a whole year since the bye bye animation. There's also Beef Pc, but I don't think that counts. No, this is a proper Nenechi animation starring her and all of her husbands. This is the clip that I'm animating: https://youtu.be/CvEZeJx5s3I The animatic is done and I said in the previous post that I wanted this one to be short and simple, but the backgrounds are actually giving me some trouble right now, specifically Nene's room. There are some little details in the bookshelf and the posters, that take a lot of time to vector in After Effects, so it still gonna take me a bit more time to finish it.

I'm also having an issue with Youtube today, I got an email telling me that the Gura animation got manually reviewed and set as "made for kids", which means that the monetization is now limited, and all the comments are gone. I tried to appeal it but to no avail. Now I'm waiting for the Youtube Twitter account to respond. I had trouble last year with the TBSP Pokemon Snap video getting age-restricted, but now it's the complete opposite. Youtube's policies are such bullshit.
