I thought that maybe I could save some time by duplicating the new twilight rig and swapping the body parts with the old cadence rig, but that didn't quite work out...

This is going to be a super quick update! I'm still working on a new intro for Matt. It's been a ton of work, and there's a lot of stuff that I want to show you guys, but I'm pretty sure Matt doesn't want me to spoil anything. For the TBSP stuff, I'm still working on cadence (you can see how that's going...), but last week I also had to go back and do some work on twilight as well, because I realized that I had forgotten to create the shadow masks for the rig:

Sometimes I wish they all had the exact same body type, it would make everything a lot easier :p

See one of the problem with the princesses 2snacks, they were all different to begin with. Lol In the show all the princesses have very different body designs from each other. Unlike the normal mares that make up most of the pony population, since they are all copy and paste characters for the most part. You just happen to choose the harder ones to work with. XD

his quality is insane in spite of that though

I've got a question about how you construct your puppets. I noticed how even though the heads have multiple angles within the puppet, the body only has one (The 3/4ths view) Is there a whole new puppet for the front view (Like when the sisters sit on the couch facing the tv) or is it all in one?

Yes, it's a different puppet for the front view. I've tried to create an "all in one" rig before, for the fallout 4 episode, but there was a ton of after effects expressions and it was super slow to animate. So In the end I just decided to split everything up into different puppets.
