Progress Update #15 (Patreon)

Twilight is done! The rig works just like luna and celestia, but I actually tried to do something different with the face rigging. I don't know if you guys watched the trailer for the mlp movie, but the facial animation is amazing! The show uses Flash animation but the movie is animated in Toon Boom Harmony, which has great character rigging tools! Unlike After Effects... I spent the past week experimenting with various ways to create something similar. And I've kind of figured out a solution: 

This is just a test rig, it looks good, but it's also very limited, and it would take a ton of time to finish it and implement it on every character... So I'll be sticking with my current rigs for now. Maybe I'll try harmony in the future.

I have to do some work for Matt now, so it might take a while to finish cadence, but as soon as that's done, I can start animating the new episode!
