Here's a general quick look at what my drafts typically look like. The top left is slightly more developed but I always focus on the general figure before worrying about any clothing elements. I also work straight to linework; I never really do a linework pass because I find that it messes with the flow of the drawing so my refinement process involves a lot of cleaning up of the draft.
