One of the Princess Serenity dresses from the last post! Lineless because it was too hard to capture translucent white gowns with regular lineart lmao
I believe this is my first lineless digital art! (I've attempted lineless traditionally before, years ago)

I'm not switching my style to lineless permanently, but I do think this artbook is a good opportunity for me to explore some different art styles. Lineless was an interesting exploration - I feel that it's easier for lineless art to look lifeless as you don't have line width and variety to rely on, so you have to really exaggerate poses I think.
Also, I found that it was easiest for me to render lineless by, ironically, starting with a fully lined sketch LOL

This border is inspired by the border in the official Sailor Moon artbooks, so I'll likely be using this in the artbook pages. I think it makes a nice frame composition for prints too, because I'd love to turn these into prints! I think this collection in particular would look pretty neat as prints.

I'm going to try and finish 3 Princess Serenity gowns this month as I'd like to start posting on social media again in June!
