Sketchpad 33 (bonus!) (Patreon)

Been wanting to do some kind of simple animation like this just to see if I could. I do not have the right tools for this job (imported SAI file layers into Photoshop to animate the file). I used Flash way back when it was Macromedia property (I think version 8?) but... that's ancient and not great for what I was doing here I think.
