Closing on the House and Interim (Patreon)

Hey everyone. This is the month where the sale on the house I am staying in finally closes. Me and my room mate will need to be out by the 20th as per the agreement on the contract for the sale. I've had some time to get in touch with relatives and friends for options on a place to stay at until the new house is set in stone.
