Hospital v3 (Patreon)

Hey everyone. It's been a couple days since I last updated and I need to report on what's been up. After the first night the doctors have been dosing my Mother with steroids to reduce the swelling inside her skull and she has been doing better and better. She's been more responsive and can hold conversations. Today was her surgery. They got into the operating room a little late and took a little longer than predicted but I understand that you don't want to rush any kind of surgery, especially neurosurgery. I got to see my Mother after her operation and she was doing super well. She had gotten back motor function on her left side, her face wasn't droopy at all and she sounded so much better. All of her spark and sass were there and she just looked leagues better overall. She was giving hugs to everyone and wanting to talk about fixing up her house since my sister destroyed a lot of it (and it's just been really needed a renovation for several decades). It was a nice visit. My Father is doing better too. He's hardly left her side this whole time.

She'll be at the hospital for a little while more. Post operation reports, double-checking all the things, yadda-yadda and so on. Overall things are looking so much better.
