❗Due to recent issues & difficulties we've been having with harassment/abuse, as well as people ripping, converting & reselling our work - we have had to make some small changes;❗


• For the mean time - our official website is password protected (since people think it's somehow ok to take whatever they want... then rip, convert & resell our models)
Genuine simmers can be granted access by using our 'Access to Free CC' form.
* PLEASE NOTE * - the password cannot be 'bought', nor does becoming a patron equal access.
This is only in place for verification purposes, due to people from other games taking advantage, and ripping / converting / reselling our meshes.
This not only breaks our own T.O.U, but also EA's T.O.S.


• We are still creating early access content, but for the reasons above & as an extra precaution, the majority of new releases are being sent via link only.
If you're a NEW Patron, please drop us a DM on here upon joining, along with your EA/Gallery name  (no need to comment on every post, just a single dm is fine😊) & we will send over any current early access links to the appropriate tiers ASAP.
* (Please Note - all links to new patrons are sent manually by us) *. 
After that, all links get sent out automatically going forward (if you're still a member) & you receive the content directly to your inbox with a 1-click easy download, typically before the main post goes up on our Patreon.
If this is something, for whatever reason, you do not like or aren't comfortable with, please do not join.

Please read each tier description carefully before joining.

• If at any point you struggle to find any of our own content/meshes, or need any help - Please reach out and message us. We are always happy to help, but we can't if you don't reach out or let us know.

• Our Patreon is charge upfront, then Patreon automatically charges Patrons on the 1st of each month going forward. This is mentioned by Patreon on checkout when you join, and also on our 'about' section. *If you are not wanting to be Patron for the following month, no biggie! Just be sure to cancel your membership before the 1st :)*

• When you pledge, you are only paying for the content that is early access at the time of pledging. All previous content that has passed the early access period is freely available to download on our Website &/or CF Page.

• You are free to cancel at any point, & cancelling won't affect you receiving the content for the current month you joined.

• No matter what time of the month you choose to join, you will still receive that current months content - just be sure to download any early access content before the end of the month. If you happen to miss anything, please let me know & I'll be happy send it over :)

• All of our content is early access. All content once it is public released can be downloaded for free on our Website &/or CF.

• We never want anyone to feel pressured into joining, so please don't if this is something you're not comfortable with or cannot afford.

• Almost all of our content is made completely from scratch by my other half & I. Creating models in blender & texturing takes time. Sorting package files, taking pictures & playtesting takes time. Whilst we always try to work as hard as we can, and put out as much content as we can, some things take longer than others to make. Please be mindful & have realistic expectations. Unless we were to convert models, it'd be near impossible for us to release several large sets every month.

• Lastly, please be kind. Nasty messages/comments or abuse won't be tolerated.
  Creating CC isn't a full-time job for us & we cannot be online 24/7. Whilst we always aim to reply to anyone as quickly as we can - please be mindful of this, as well as any possible time zone differences.
