Hello Andrei here, we would like to ask for your feedback on what we are doing wrong and where we can improve. We wish to grow the Patreon numbers but we are struggling to increase it, if you have any insights we would really appreciate it. :D

More squats is what I want 😅 with more variety. I think the quality of your last squat release was a lot better

Kyoushuneko_Miniatures

we made months of squats already xD we were thinking of trying other stuff to see if it will help us gain more patrons haha

Honestly I feel like you are kind of all over the place with your releases, which is great for variety, but it doesn't help keep your Patreons on board. I subbed to grab the Mongolian minis, but the next release didn't have anything I wanted so after downloading those, I pretty much unsubbed immediately. I think it would be worthwhile looking at free gaming systems out there like T9A as well and making minis that line up with that, for instance. Your current dwarf line is fantastic but it is unfinished from that perspective so I didn't even really have a use for the discount (I could have bought an entire line of STLs to print an army).

I agree with this. If I were you, I would try to focus on a few widely used game systems and try to make your files essential to play the game. It really doesn't matter which game you choose. Warhammer Armies Project has released updated 9th edition books for free online... make sure whomever buys your files can play a faction from there. With your Japanese models, we're nearly there for Nippon, and you're coming up close on the Dwarf faction as well. Once you have one, focus on another one until it's done. Sky dwarves, Japanese dwarves, Roman orcs and the like are wonderful, but they don't have any use in game unless they're part of an entire alternative army.
