Fantasy Football Dwarves theme suggestions (Patreon)

Hello guys we plan to make blood bowl dwarves as a loyalty reward, but we would like the community to be involved in the design process. Can you help us think of a list of themes we can use for our Fantasy Football Dwarves? 

From there we will make a Patreon poll on what theme we're going to use 

Guys from discord suggested Pirate-themed  Fantasy Football Dwarves as one of the choices.

Pirates, yes. Cossacks, yes. WW1 early german with pointy helmets, yes. Steampunk gentlemen, yes. Modular weapons to turn players into soldiers-warriors, more yes. Whatever you do, always yes.

I like the steampunk suggestion. I’ll add miners to the list…featuring helmets with candle headlamps.

I can’t actually say if specific pirate dwarves are that common, but one team currently exists as a patreon team, by PUNGA and there are jokes made about how punga does everything in pirate theme.

Sportscasters. Given the organizational and hierarchal culture of Dwarfs its likely they’d have their own Madden instead of just Bob and Jim for everything.

for a football theme theme or common style, a few classics that could go well:

I say biker style with a Fantasy twist...leather jackets with spikes and chains, kraut helmets with a single spike if they wear on at all, brass knuckles galore...shoulder pads look like something Lobo would wear...etc.

Metal fan dwarves. I want these dwarves to look like they just left a slayer concert. Denim vests, Lemmy Kilmister mustaches and hats. Aviators and fauxhawks. just rockin dwarves man!
