 I recorded some process（1 hour long）maybe I can do it in detail next time. in a visual way just to show the idea of accurately converted body into memorable things in mind is a very effective technique. I simply use Blender to adding "notes" to a 3D model. b-proportion .jpg is one of the results, another one Im not sure about it because the 3D model that I analyzed have copyright, unlike that one I made. but everyone is different so what kind of "notes" is memorable varies from person to person, for example in b-proportion .jpg one looks like he have a long moustache because I  thought that was funny:D , ohters just have some shapes I like for no particular reasons other than I had been testing them a lot, with a LCD writing board
