Q: Would you prefer Wetransfer, Mega, or the option to have one link on each platform to download the same content to be able to choose?

Hey everyone!

Plenty people said they hated Mega to download all the rewards, and I feel you

Unfortunately, I cannot put everything on wetransfer as they don't offer enough storing space.

Thing is, many people don't know what a .rar file is, many have a crappy connection and can't download big files at once (Hence when I don't send "ONE" download link per tier including a huge fucking zip with everything in it).

I just can't possibly find a solution which makes everyone happy, it's impossible. But we can try to make the majority happy!

I havent had good experiences with mega, so being able to choose would be nice personally ❤

This is honestly a tough 1. I have probably 4 months worth of content that I cant even save because of storage. So I can only imagine how much storage you require. Also I know this doesn't actually answer your question so sry about that

Out of curiosity why no Google drive? I dislike mega but it's not a big deal.

The main issue with Drive and Dropbox is that people can just "Add it to their drive" instead of downloading. While it is practical, it's also easier to pass the content forward online since they don't have to download it to do so, which I do not want

Mega never worked for me at all !

The app it’s even worse!

does MEGA have a daily download limit

mikomihokina

Technically if you reopen a browser window Everytime it says so, it doesn't anymore

To be honest I have no other suggestions, just whatever is easiest and more reliable for you.

I was going to suggest Dropbox since it has the storage space I need, but whatever works better for you.

I've used both services and haven't had any issues with either, but I know that mileage may vary with other users based on geographical location and Internet speed. If you knock off Google Drive and Dropbox, there aren't too many other services out there, at least not ones that wouldn't get pricey in order to host the amount and size of content that you would require. Other than that, the only solution would be to build something custom to facilitate content delivery to patrons.

I thought about this when I saw you switched to Mega. WeTransfer was definitely nicer to download from and a lot more reliable as far as download speed goes. But in the end it's just a minor inconvenience and I am fine with whatever works best for you.

Glad you won't use Google Drive, others do and I can never download anything, because it just stalls trying to zip up so many files. I don't bother with anything but the lowest tier from them, since I won't get it anyway.

Problem with Mega is that most people are likely free users so they have a 5 GB limit. I personally invest in a debrid service since I use other file hosters and for what I pay its worth the money. Something like 4 Euros for 1 month, 9 euros for 3 months aint so bad and you bypass those transfer limits. Downside of this is sometimes your file hoster will go down so there is a waiting period at times.

wetransfer is fine...

Mega is blocked on some ISPs in Brasil, due to some obscure juridic process issue related to piracy. I may end up with it blocked too :(

I just downloaded from Mega and it's much easier than from wetransfer. In wetransfer we must open a page then download then unzip, for each pack. In mega we just put the link on its transfer manager and it's download without zip. But wetransfer would be easier if you'd use 1 zip for each tier, with all packs inside that zip.

Hello ... I personally have no problem with the type of service for downloading, the MEGA page is practical and simple but sometimes it is annoying when it reaches the allowed download limit, which is why we have seen with WeTransfer not It happens so much. There are those who use Mediafire to share heavy files and have not had problems, you could try at some time with this service and see how others accept it.

Its been fine with Wetransfer so far but Mega is more practical imo. Its already a cloud so we can store some download some. In wetrasfer i find myself downloading and then uploading them back to my cloud so i dont get a my hard drive full. On Mega you can also preview the stuff you're about to download its easier to manage.

Actually, these two options(mega and google) is too bad for China, but mega is better than google, and I haven't used wetransfer,so I don't know how does it goes.(sorry for my bad english😨)
