I mean, it's more or less 99% of rice

mikomihokina

More or less definitely, but they're also filled! Also, as a first time, they might not have salted enough and my small hands couldn't press the rice together strong enough, it fell apart while trying to bite in xD

1 cup risotto rice, 2 cups water Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Rinse it under cold water till the water is clear. Add the rice to the boiling water, turn off the heat, stir and put on the lid. Wait for 20 mins, open the lid give it a stir and let it cool. As a seasoning I recommend furikake, typical Japanese rice seaosning

I will definitely get Furikake tomorrow as I'm in Brussels and there is a Japanese supermarket! It was really missing seasoning and I'm sure with will taste soooooo much better with it!
