I have a question - whenever I use it - it casts heavy dark shadows onto the skin. But the shadow is either absent or very light on your screenshot. Am I missing something in my scene/lighting setup?

You can either add one light that doesn't cast shadows, or adjust the shadow strength. Ideally, you only want to get rid of shadows under the coat, so sometimes I shine a shadowless spotlight on the coat only. I didn't save the scene so I can't tell you exactly what I did in this shot, but I hope that helps!
