update 12/31/2022:
Fixed sim texture so it doesn't stick to the shoulder in undress mode. File name is the same, so you can just overwrite the old file.

2023-01-27 10:44:55 Hi I downloaded the dress again using the mega link. Deleted the old file and replaced as instructed. Unfortunately the problem with sim texture is still there. Would you mind taking a look please. Thanks

I had to close and restart VaM - rescanning packages, force reload, clearing cache, etc. didn't seem to be enough.
