Changing Clothing Colors In House Party...? (Patreon)

We have an early sneak peek to share with all you brahs today!

We've been hard at work on prepping the seasonal and guest DLCs lately, but we've also recently been working on a special new House Party base game feature.

Looking at the responses to our Future of House Party Feedback Form, it looks like many of you brahs might love this new addition!

This is currently planned to be added in a base game update, and we hope it will spice up the upcoming seasonal DLCs and add some extra customization to House Party so it feels fresher even for veteran players!

Before we tell you exactly what it is (or get too far into promising things), we do want to mention that this new feature is still very early on in development.

Up until a couple days ago, it wasn't in the game at all; it was in an initial mock-up stage that was functioning and testing well outside of the game. But, recently, we've brought the framework into House Party and it seems to be working well!

Please also bear in mind that the previews are only showcasing the capabilities of the feature...so everything might not perfectly represent exactly how the finished version will look in the actual game.

So, tell us already, Eek! Doods: What is it?

Alright, here we go. BAM! Notice anything different about your favorite buddy?

That's right, brahs! His signature purple and yellow-spotted shirt is GREEN and WHITE-SPOTTED. Talk about fresh style, dood.

This new feature we're working on will let you change the color of Derek's shirt to anything you want. It'll also let you swap the color of his pants, shoes, and other applicable accessories, too.

And, not just Derek's, but all of the partygoers - and even your own clothes, too!

That's right. It's a clothing color adjustment slider for yourself and many of the other House Party base game NPCs!

So, how can you adjust the clothing to try out awesome new colors?

Once we get the new feature all set up, we're planning for you to be able to go into the house party main menu, choose your favorite characters, and pick their outfit colors. It'll be that easy!
