Exploration - Mesozoic Menagerie - Sketch! (Patreon)

So I'm still working my way into getting the Mesozoic Menagerie all started up, but before I do that I've been doing a bit of exploration. A bunch of smaller sketches to work out some ideas, poses, and angles. Seeing what I like, what works best, etc. It's been good, and I think the end result will be better for having put the time in first!

Also, I've been trying to focus a bit more on facial expressions. So I made a little collection of a few heads facing different directions, and I spent some time trying to figure out how the hell mouth and eyes work! xD Again, another piece of preparation that will pay dividends later. :}
