Latias WG Sequence - BG WIP (Patreon)

Steady progress continues. Because of my schedule I tend to only work on it at night. 

But I'm trying to make a more complex background. Next I will change Latios' expression in the second panel (where he's right next to her) and I will begin coloring the background.
