Ears tutorial video is added to April folder (Patreon)

Hey, I finally added the video to the April content folder. I've sent a link to it to my Revered tier patrons and above wia PM.
I'm did a Blood elf type there and I'm going to add another video with Night Elf type later but it will demonstrate mostly the same techniques.
