[Comm | NSFW] Kartamence (Patreon)

EDIT 04/06/23: We managed to work out everything with this comm and now I got to finally finish it!

Feat. a newly designed pokemon OC of a Salamence/kartana fusion! Including huge hips!

• 1- Early front sketch: The original sketch was a little wonky, the description I received was a little unspecific, so I showed them this before continuing
• 2- Body front sketch: After getting more details on the comm, I eventually got the final look for the body done!
• 3- Front sketch: Then on another layer I added the extra limbs like tail and wings
• 4- Final frontal sketch: One last correction to the face by petition of the patreon and we're done with the 1st pose!
• 5- Back sketch (no extra limbs): The 2nd sketch will feature a back view! it's mostly a modified version of the 1st one, with markings for the limbs.
• 6- Back sketch limbs: On another layer I add the tail and wings, simply a copy of the former tail and wings.
• 7- Final back sketch: Frontal and back sketches finished.
• 8- Extra back sketch: Last but not least I add a sketch from the back without limbs for technical purposes
• 9- Lineart: With the sketch finally done I move on to the clean lineart.
• 10- Early flat colors: I didn't get any specifics on the colors to be used so I just did a small test mixing both pokemon palettes (Salamence and kartana)
• 11- Flat colors: After revising the original palette we went for a full kartana color palette. I filled up all the lines with the appropiate colors
• 12- Extra details: Last but not least I add a few extra details to the body to give it a more paperlike look and some glow on the wings!
