All the steps taken to create the lastest reward for WhaleLord!

• 1- Early sketch: The 1st sketch done was focused on figuring out the proper drawings for the ref sheet, several iterations were done for the front and rear paws since those were the least polished of the bunch.
• 2- Extra sketch: Lil joke extra I added during the production, made for the lulz.
• 3- Scrapped sketch: In this stage I did an alternate version of the sketch, redrawing most of Darala's face features making her look a lot more realistic and mature, I thought it'd be better than the last sketch but the client chose to revert to the old one.
• 4- Final sketch: The final sketch looked a lot like the original except with some changes from the lastest one and some layout in place
• 5- Cropping: I cut out unnecessary space that I wasn't going to use.
• 6- Lineart: Then with everything in place I move in with all the clean lines, making sure everything is simetrically good looking!
• 7- Flat colors: Then I add all the colors needed (very simple color scheme so it didn't take too long)
• 8- Gradients: Then I added some gradients to make the colors more pretty ^^
• 9- Shading: Then added 3 layers (2 on multiply and 1 on clear) for the shadows and highlights which were colored to fit the color palette.
• 10- Background base: The background was very straight forward since the client prefered a flat color for it.
• 11- Text: Then I select some fonts for the section titles, and I copy and paste the text I was given for the fun facts on the bottom left!
• 12- Outline details: Finally, I outline the text so it's more distinguishable from the bg. And voila! Comm done
