[High-res Art | Reward | WIP] The Cruzader Step process (Patreon)

All the steps taken to draw the lastest reward for Belthazor!

• Early rough sketch: I started with a sketch to figure out the right pose, I made it without looking at any references so it ended up looking really weird.
• Basic body sketch: I corrected the pose so the sword wouldn't take away attention from the face, and also replaced the placeholder face I made.
• Outfit sketch: I drew the armor on top of the sketch to make sure everything didn't look wrong, needless to say it made things a lot easier!
• Final sketch: Added hair and beard and extra touches before starting lineart.
• Lineart: Did all the clean lines while adding all proper details.
• Flat colors: Added all basic colors
• Final touches: Colored the lineart and drew all the details in the chainmail so it would look more legit.
• Extra correction: As a last minute change I recolored the emblem on his chest to be red so it would match the outfit better!
