[High-Res Art | Comic | WIP | Fanart] Who Wants Some Pie? Step process (Patreon)

These were all the steps followed to create the lastest comic, "Who wants some pie?"!

1-Rough sketch
I started with the basic idea for the comic following a compact layout scheme, while the drawings were okay, the layout was not like the usual meme format so I had to change it.

2-Sketch (repositioned)
In here I adjusted the position of all sketches according to the layout of the meme I wanted to parody.
3-Sketch final
More adjustments, and determined the position of the speechbubbles!
4-Lineart
Did all the lines while double checking details and not leaving open holes between them
5-Flat colors
Added the basic color palette (following the colors from old designs)
6-Base Backgrounds
Figured out the backgrounds and made the base for them, did my best to keep them simple but also not empty/lifeless.
7-Shaded Backgrounds
Added some extra efects to the BGs
8-Colored lineart and details
Added the proper details to pupils while enhancing the dull black lineart with more seamless colors + Blushies and stars! <3
9-Cell shading
Added basic simple shadows
