New Video is Breaking Vimeo? (Patreon)

Idk wtf is going on but the new video is uploading to Vimeo, but not letting anyone, including me, play it back.

I've reuploaded multiple times but each time it's still not playing, even on Vimeo. If it's still not working by end of day tomorrow I go another way to post it. Sorry bout that :I
