Survey Feedback; DMs Are Always Open (Patreon)

I appreciate all feedback I get from you guys and gals.
Comments on posts are mostly praise and I get plenty of likes on posts.
What I'm concerned about is exit survey feedback.

Firstly, the exit survey is optional, anonymous, and provides feedback directly to me. It doesn’t manipulate ratings or anything. It’s only as effective as whichever way the creator decides to use it.

I normally get things like “finance changes” and “I only wanted one thing”. Which is perfectly fine.

Then there’s feedback like “I didn’t like what I got” and most importantly, someone couldn’t find something that was advertised on my social media and left that as the feedback.

None of this is a bad thing, but I want to make this as clear as I can, there is no username or time stamp when you leave feedback.

This is the most important thing I’ll probably ever say.

I wish I could help you directly from the survey, but I can’t. If you choose to be silent, I can’t help you. So please help me, help you.

I do this because I love it and I enjoy sharing my work. So I want to make sure everyone else is enjoying it too.
