[Brightness Dragon Lord POV]

To summon the dragon lords all at once was not an easy task, most of us didn’t like each other, or had different goals, but if there was one thing we all agreed on, was our hate against players, no matter what they always brought destruction and chaos to this world and all because a mistake that idiot made in the ritual. Forcing their souls to the embrace of corruption, because of a simple mistake in the transmigration ritual, changing their core to that of true monsters, or true heroes, it all depended on luck.

I had no doubts that perhaps many of those players at one point were good people, but in reality they had no control over their change. The destruction and reconstruction of a soul affected the mind, destroying what they once were, turning them into what we hate.

First I had to contact Platinum Dragon Lord.

[Was is the meaning of this Brightness? you never call unless there's an emergency,] He was right, for the most part I wanted to be left alone, enjoying the pleasures of life without a care, but situations like this called for such measures.

[We have a problem, Platinum,] I replied.

[What?] Platinum inquired in a worried tone.

[A new player has arrived, a strong one.] I replied.

[Are you sure?] Good question, and the answer was, I wasn't, but there were a few clues that hinted this man was indeed a player, his power, his sense of superiority, and more.

[I am, if his power was anything to go by,] I answered.

[Very well, I will start the preparations.] Platinum sighed.

[Good, I will call the others, in the meantime keep a low profile, he alone can kill any of us, we need to strike together.] I warned him.

[I will] with that done, Platinum closed the connection.

Now, it was a matter of contacting his father and the one responsible for all of our problems, after all, he doomed us all with his summon ritual, bringing forth gods we can’t control or face by normal means.

[Platinum Dragon Lord POV]

A new player, more than not this represented chaos for the world, but at times if luck was on our side, it represented luck, alas this was not one of those chances, once again, I have to fight to fix the hell my father brought upon this world, once again I have to fight to free the souls trapped within the jail of absolute power, that inevitably corrupted them, turning them into beasts that feast on despair and blood.

For Brightness to get out of his sex dungeon this had to been a really dire situation, so… Like years ago, once again the dragon lords must reunite to save the world from inescapable destruction. The question was, were we ready for this challenge, each summon brought more powerful players into the world, making it more and more difficult for us to win the losing battles we had been facing.

The last time we fought, we barely managed to win, and now… for some reasons I had a feeling this battle would be the hardest in our life.

“I guess it is time to free Cure into the world,” I sighed, wondering if Cure would cooperate.

[Deep Darkness Dragon Lord - POV]

Once again, I had been summoned to kill a player with my kin, and the immeasurable pleasure this brought me was beyond comprehension. To slay a player was the greatest pleasure in creation.

Unfortunately for now, I had to wait. But the greatest things in life are worth the patience.

“Darkness, you can’t get ahead of yourself,” Brightness sighed.

How could I not, a player made Brightness the one that never wanted to fight, plan a fight, how could I not get excited at such a scenario. “I understand the implications of this Brightness, but don’t worry, I won’t ruin your plans, if you say this player is stronger than any of us individually then I will wait for the rest of our friends.”

“That’s… mighty reasonable of you,” Brightness sighed, “Well, I’m off to meet with Cure, like you he has no connection with me, so using telepathy is a bit hard.”

“You do that, I will start getting ready for combat.” I smiled.

“It won’t be today Darkness,” Brightness reminded me.

“I know, but I still need to gather my weapons and items… just in case,” I laughed, as Brightness teleported out of my domain. “Alastor, I wonder how strong will this man be, and how hard will it be to kill,” I wondered as I walked to my hoard.

[Brightness Dragon Lord POV]

Cure Elim… was a difficult character, he was a dragon that craved the destruction of everything and everyone, and would do anything in his power to become the strongest being in the world, like he had done by becoming an undead, achieving even more power.

Needless to say, he hated us for sealing him in the mountain, so convincing him to join us would be a hard endeavor, but not one of impossible levels. He hated the idea of having someone above him more than anything.

“Cure,” I called.

“So you came… bastard,” Cure hissed, the earth shaking in his wake, he was always one for dramatics.

“We don’t have time for this,” I sighed.

With a chuckle, Cure burst from the earth, hissing like an idiot, “Is this about the player I saw a few days ago?”

“Yes,” I nodded.

“You know this will cost you,” Cure smiled.

“I know,” nothing with him was ever free, why even question if I knew.

“Very well, I will help… in exchange for my freedom,” Cure smiled.

“Understood,” I nodded. Knowing very well Cure was planning something under his facade of understanding, we sealed him away, we took away his freedom, and his powers, and all he wants in freedom, I might not be the strongest of my kin, but I am the smartest.

“Once we kill him, all bets are off… you know that?” Oh, would you look at that, he is being very forthcoming with his intentions, maybe I am simply overthinking the situation.

“Fine by me,” Undead or not, he wasn’t the strongest amongst us, Platinum alone could kill him, and Deep Darkness, well… he could play around him, so I had no need to worry.

“Great,” Cure smiled.
