I entered the royal castle of the Dragon Kingdom, walking slowly through the corridors, looking in detail at the decoration of the castle. Inside the throne room, two people were waiting for me, a woman and a man, the former king of the dragon kingdom, and the current queen.

The former king was level 82, while the queen was so low level, it wasn't even worth saying.

"So you are weaker than the dragon of the mountains ah," I sighed, full of disappointment.

"You met Elim?!" the former king commented with clear concern.

"Okay, I'm off," I said, walking towards the exit with Fenrir behind me.

"That was it?!" the queen exclaimed.

"Yes, my interest in you is minimal, I really have no reason to stay, you are weak, disgustingly weak," I replied with a sigh, "your grandfather, though much stronger than you, is just as irrelevant as you are,"

"How dare you!" the queen exclaimed, ready to attack, but the former king stopped her.

"He is much stronger than me, an altercation would end in the destruction of our country, we cannot stop him," the former king commented with a calm tone, "I hope we can have friendly relations, there is no need to fight."

"What is or is not necessary, is up to the god of Nazarick to decide," Fenrir growled.

The former king smiled, "I understand."

"At the moment I have no plans for this kingdom, since nothing in it interests me, but that could change in the future." I added with a smile.

"Why are you telling us this, what do you gain by warning us that you might possibly be our enemy?" the queen asked.

"What do I gain?" I laughed, "The fun of watching you fight, to simply fail... or who knows, the possibility of having a challenge, even I don't really know."

"Until that time comes, I hope we can have friendly relations," the former king said with a smile.

This dragon lord was good, even though I sensed the hostility within him aimed at me with passionate hate and disgust, he still was able to control himself from doing anything rash, from enraging me, it was rather impressive, “I suppose that’s fine,” I smiled, walking out of the throne room.

“I didn’t like the way that dragon was looking at you,” Fenrir growled, glaring at the wall.

“Which one? The Queen, or the former king?” I asked.

“The former King, I could taste his hostility, the Queen was insulted, but him… he hated you,” Fenrir replied, slamming his fist against the wall, shattering the innocent wall in one slam, “To look upon the supreme beings with nothing but adoration, is a sin that can’t be forgotten!”

“Let him be, he will eventually die,” I chuckled, “Right Dragon Lord?” I knew he was hearing me, I knew his domain offered him such power, but I also knew he couldn’t do anything, and that I was allowing his domain to affect me.

[Brightness Dragon Lord - POV]

A player, the moment I laid my eyes on him I knew he was a player, of that there was no doubt, but his power was beyond me, vastly beyond me. Meaning there was only one way to defeat such a creature, a being that touched the realm of the divine with his power, unity. Alone I was no match for him, but if all the Dragon Lords united, he would not stand a chance, at least I hoped so.

“I will contact the dragon lords,” I sighed, as my great granddaughter looked at me worried.

“Is he really that dangerous?” She asked, her tone heavy with worry.

“Yes,” I nodded. “We haven’t seen a being like him in a long time, and even if we group up, I’m not really sure if we can take him, considering his allies seem to be around his level, but if we isolate him… capitalizing on his pride, we should be able to take him down,”

“To think the Dragon Lord would reunite again,” She sighed.

Deep Darkness Dragon Lord was possibly the only one capable of hurting him, at least from what I could gather from his elemental affinity, light is weak to darkness, and fortunately for us, Deep was the strongest amongst us, and the one with the highest player kill count, then again, he has never face such a monster.

“I’ll be off, I need to arrange the meeting, and plan a strategy to improve our winning chances,” I added, leaving the room.

[Alastor POV]

I knew the disappointing dragon lord was planning something, and that was what made all of this ordeal fun, which was the reason why I was letting him play his little games, this was not to say I was going to be careless, I knew very well what overconfidence could lead to, so I had a few contingency plans in case his little games proved to be… problematic, and if my plans didn’t work out, I always had Ainz to back me up.

Whatever was to come, I would gladly welcome it, but what I really wanted, was a fight to test my might, to push my limits, a fight to declare myself the strongest being in creation, the God of this world, uh, would you look at me, once again I let my God like persona talk for me, sometimes it's really hard to differentiate between who I was, and who I am, and what's left of it, and what’s real.

“I wonder, if I had picked human, would my personality be the same, or would I become the same person I am today,” I chuckled, the funny thing is, I didn’t care, I didn’t care who I was was not who I used to be, I feel awesome the way I am.

“Where are we going next Alastor-sama?” Fenrir inquired.

“To Nazarick, I need to pick up a few things, in case something fun happens,” I chuckled, eagerly expecting the plan of the Dragon lord.
