This was one of the last shoots I had before I realized my Sigma 500mm 1.4 Art was broken. Thankfully I was able to get through this shoot with a maximum range of f/1.4 to f/2.2. The aperture selector spring on the rear on the camera finally gave out after four years of beating it to hell. It is currently at the Sigma repair facility in a rinky dink town in New York. I can only hope to have it back soon.

This day was mainly an analogue day with Reed, but we managed to sneak in a few digitals. She brought a mess of outfits that we really did not end up using as most of the analogue we shot was either partial nude or full nude. Which in hindsight, I wish I short more with clothes on since I cannot share more than half of them on social media. Oh well, I shoot what I want to not what will work best for something.

This was the first look we shot of that day. Historically, we would always warm up with something that did not really 'matter' if it came out well or not. We would use it to get in the groove and if the look turned out, we would share it. This is one of those. I have learned to keep things simple as less is now more to me. I do not need an extravagant set or killer Airbnb to create what I love and since I have spent the last year and a half mainly shooting in my studio that rings true more and more every day.

A quick ten to fifteen minute shoot and the look was wrapped. Granted, we did shoot a few exposures in this beautiful dress. Enjoy!
