On Sunday I had a shoot with a first-time model. It was the very only time she had stepped in front of a camera so I paid Reed to come assist on the shoot. It is what we did for years so I knew it was exactly what I needed to help make this gig successful. With Reed's help, it was a huge win. We captured so much beautiful content for this lady and made her feel beautiful, comfortable and happy.

Afterwards, Reed stuck around and I broke out a couple packs of expired SX-70 Type film that I was gifted from a friend whom no longer shoots that film type. The soft pastel tones came out beautifully, almost as if it had been through a couple X-Ray scanners before. We shot through the two packs fairly quickly, fifteen minutes at most with some Ferrania P30 in between. Reed and I shot two looks with these packs, one was for a chain company that made a beautifully designed 'mask' and then we had the clothes come off for some shadow play. The last three frames were devoted to making a diptych. Three Polaroids, one full image. Enjoy!

These exposures were shot on Polaroid Originals SX-70 Type Color film and Polaroid Originals SX-70 Type B&W film, both with a Polaroid SX-70 Sonar OneStep.
