Film Short | Amber After Dark (Patreon)

This was my first time in a long time dabbling with video and I can honestly say I missed it. I always get asked why I do not incorporate more video into my work and I always say that video has to be with the right person. The model has to not only be aware of a still pose, but also must know how to cohesively move throughout the capture. Amber definitely falls into that realm as a dancer. Shooting video with her was easy, almost as if we had done it hundreds of times before. She took direction perfectly and every capture was amazing. Normally you end up only using around forty percent of the footage captured, but she was so great that I was able to use all of it. We only shot video for maybe a total of five minutes time. I remember at the end of it I said "Well, we nailed it already."

This video has some very Grindhouse and Tarantino vibes to it, which both Amber and I love. We plan to shoot many more shorts together, so stay tuned. For now, Enjoy!
