As I mentioned in my Instagram caption; I absolutely love when an exposure ends up with film burns. It happens when the processing chemicals do not do their job exactly how they should. It is basically a smear of chemicals across the image. Some think it ruins the photograph, I however think it enhances it. The burns add another dimension and more character to the exposure than if it came out flawlessly. Many prefer consistent results from Fujifilm Instax film, but myself and Reed definitely favor the wildly inconsistent results of old Impossible Project film.
